Gus & Violet Return Policy

Returns accepted within 10 days of delivery date. Items must be in the same condition they were received with tags attached.

We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

To return an item, contact us at info@gusandviolet.com. Include the order number, reason for your return or exchange and if the item is damaged, please provide details. 

You’ll receive a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to return your order. Items returned without a return shipping label from Gus & Violet will not be accepted.

Upon inspection and approval, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original form of payment. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Original shipping charges will not be refunded. Any delivery costs paid in connection with the order are non-reimbursable or refundable. Moreover, any return delivery costs incurred by you when returning products are not refundable.
